This is a excellent exercise I love it, I’ve only had this for 5 weeks and I have lost 4 inches of my waist It’s great for stretching and i love the short video clips I would recommend this exerciser to anyone as it’s easy and comfortable to do at your own pass

it is a great workout for men and women alike add ankle or wrist weights or both for extra abilities to get you to the workout routine you want

I like the AB Doer 360, it's the easiest ab toning piece of equipment that i've ever used. I actually enjoy using it and it makes my workout more fun and i really feel it working my core. Fantastic!

I’m limited in what I can do and in my eighties but already people are passing comments that I look slimmer not lso much weight but starting to see a waist again

This is one really impressive piece of kit.
It enables a good exercise regime in 30 to 45 minutes a day.
The supporting U Tube videos are clear and easy to follow, and the exercises cover all parts of the body, with the greatest impact on the torso area.
The different levels of intensity of exercise sets allows the user to tailor their exercising to suit their individual requirements and fitness levels.
It has been 1 month since this chair was purchased and the result is over half a stone in weight loss and a vastly improved fitness and stamina level.
All in all I believe this to be a very worthwhile and value for money purchase.

Easy to assemble. Doesn’t require that much of a space although recommended to get a proper workout. Quick delivery. Feeling and seeing the results already. Would recommend.
